I placed an order on 6th July. I am based in Dublin.
in sent an enquiry re where my order is.
I received the below response.
Royal Mail aim to deliver international parcels within 7 to 14 working days - usually it is much quicker than this, although we have had customers recently who have experienced delays of up to eight weeks.
The delays appear to be quite random, and seem to be caused by increased customs and security checks, and regrettably are something we have no control over.
On behalf of the international postal system, please accept our apologies for the delay.
We are asking customers to wait a minimum of 6 weeks until we class the parcel as lost, therefore if your order has still not arrived by 19-08-2021 please contact us again and we can arrange for a refund. In the meantime, it may be worth contacting your local delivery/postal depot, to see if they have any record of your parcel, or if it is sat waiting for collection due to a failed attempt at delivery.
So 6 weeks wait and no status update on orders. "The parcel may be lost or it may not be. We have no idea" Not good enough.
