I'm stunned by all of the 5-star reviews. I placed an order for 3 skeins of yarn at the end of September. I kept emailing them for an update or a tracking number, which they could not provide. They sent my order thousands of miles away from and said they would attempt to re-route my order by November 8th. In November 3rd, I received another email stating because it went to another state, I they could ship it to me if I paid extra shipping, WHAT?? I told them that I no longer want the yarn and to give me a full refund. Please stay as far as you can from this company.
