We've ordered many times from Wool Warehouse, and have always been really pleased with what we've received. Recently, one ball of wool arrived which was, in our opinion, significantly different to the colour shown on the website. I took a photo of the wool laying on my laptop, with the online photo in the background, and sent Wool warehouse an email. We received a prompt response, apologising, and acknowledging that the online photo would need updating. They're sending the replacement that we requested, and to minimise inconvenience to us, told us to keep the incorrect ball of wool. Brilliant Customer Service, on top of wonderful products, fast delivery, plus prompt and pragmatic communication & solutions. What a professional company - highly recommended
