First and last time I will use Woolworths online. We had to isolate from last Wednesday, so we did an online order on Wednesday night. The website said delivery wouldn't be until Saturday. On the Saturday, woolworths said the time slot for delivery was between 5.45pm and 6.45pm. That passed and I was contacted and order would be late due to logistic issues. At 10.45pm still no order so I contacted them and was informed that it was cancelled due to logistics and I could reorder for the following Tuesday,
Keeping in mind isolation will be finished by then. They offered a refund which will not be accessible for 4 to 20 business days. As their is a Woolworths 6 kilometres and another 12 kilometres from me, I suspect t h eir logistics issue excuse is a load of rubbish.
So beware of Woolworths, they are greedy liars and don't care about the customer at all only about profit.
