I had $620 worth reward points. Someone hacked online and used in Altona while i was sitting at my home in Caulfield. The Incident was immediately reported once i received the e-receipt and realized what happened. It has been 4 months and despite following up every month all the response i get it "We have escalated the matter, the IT team is working on it"
I am unsure that how 4 months are utilized and this is not been worked upon - its a huge amount and nothing has been done about it !
I stopped going to Woolies and using rewards card as i cannot trust them anymore - very very disappointed !
