Two days ago, my wife and I ordered groceries online for the first time. Delivery was scheduled for between 8 am and 1 pm. We are old and retired pensioners.
A Woolworths vehicle arrived at 1.20 pm. It parked 2 buildings away. The driver remained in the vehicle. He didn't get out. I waited on my balcony and the Driver drove off. Tracking the order, we were advised that no one answered which is lies. Now we are without food for the Australia Day public holidays. Needless to say, we asked for a complete refund as they couldn't advise of a delivery date. The refund will take 5 business days.
Probably the most woeful service I have ever received. Coles gives a time slot, arrives and delivers to our doorstep. This was the first and last time we tried delivery of groceries from Woolworths. It is obviously the last time.
