Our boiler broke down well within warranty, less than six months old and Worcester Bosch were unable to attend for five days leaving us with no choice but to engage a local plumber so that we could have heating and hot water. They refuse to cover the cost of the repair and say that “on this occasion only“ they will pay for the part needed which is under a third of the full cost. For a £5000 plus boiler to break down in less than six months I really expected more of Worcester Bosch- Terrible customer care
