Very poor lifespan of Combi boiler-4 years despite full annual servicing by professional. Customer services tried to blame everything apart from the boiler. The customer service tone of response was very rude. I had a conversation with a sales manager on 5th November 2024. He was very helpful and agreed to discuss a compensation package with his colleagues. Nearly two weeks later I had to recontact WB to ask if they had come up with a compensation package. A rather rude response quickly arrived. I have reviewed WB on Trustpilot-I’m afraid their response is economical with regard to the facts.
