Had a Worcester Bosch fitted just over a year ago, wasn't running correctly, it came to light when we had the annual service. Got in touch with the installer, he wasn't helpful, got in touch with WB they sent an engineer out and said it had been installed incorrectly and they were cancelling the 10-yr warranty. Even though it was fitted by a credited WB installer, they said its not their problem. After repeated phone calls to them to get an engineers report to no avail. Now I am going to have to get a new boiler fitted and start again. £2,500 down the drain with a Worcester Bosch product.
