It was easy to order the book I wanted and it arrived promptly, however, the book had been packed in a cardboard box much bigger than the book, without any packing to keep it in place, so it was able to move about in the box which resulted in one of the corners of the book sustaining some damage, as it is a paperbacked book. I was very disappointed in this aspect of my order.
