The first copy of the book that I ordered from you arrived in a state that made it unacceptable as a present which it was. The paper cover was torn and some pages creased. I returned this copy and ordered a second copy. This arrived less damaged than the first copy, damaged nevertheless, and will be given as a present. I guess there is a problem at the printers but also in your inspection procedures. Hence I rate your performance as merely 'acceptable'.
