Prices are excellent but product packaging is rubbish. Ordered a heavy book for my husband and the packaging consisted of a bit of scrunched up paper around the book. Consequently the book arrived damaged due to it being joggled around in the post. Too late to get a replacement in time for Christmas. (Exact same thing happened to a friend too.)
