Firstly, please don't use that wording 'tell us how wordery made you happy'--this is irritating presumptuousness; better to say 'how did we do'? Thanks. I like your service but your wait times are not competitive with others. I will continue to use your services because I will not use tax-avoiding Amazon, but some honest feedback is that I did have to wait a long time for the book. Also, any way to make you shipping more environmentally friendly? So much packaging! I'm sure you sympathise, and perhaps more customers other than myself would appreciate efforts to reduce?
