I am pleased with Wordery in regards to the availability and price of the books I ordered but the delivery was very disappointing - the dispatch was quick, however, I paid extra to have next day delivery (I ordered about 10 minutes before the cut off point) and I liked the fact I could track my delivery but, the order didn't arrive the next day!!!!!! It arrived at the main depot on the evening I ordered, then arrived at the local depot the next day (very early morning), but it just sat in the depot. The next day it was marked as out for delivery, but later that day (about lunchtime), that changed back to 'arrived at depot' and then it was another day before it got delivered. This is not necessarily the fault of Wordery, but rather the delivery company used, but either way, my books weren't delivered the next day despite being within the cut off time for next day and paying extra for this service.
