Prompt delivery - spoilt by del co sending me an email saying they haven't delivered (it was left on the porch with no note thro letter box.).
I like that the packaging doesnt contain plastic - just well thought cardboard envelope.
However on subsequently going on line I found the price had already dropped for my book and that there were different prices for the same books scattered about the website
