Wordery made me happy by finally responding that a new package was on the way. The lack of a way to contact anyone besides by filling out a form on the site is terrible customer service. The fact that each response took at least a week is ridiculous in 2018. I understand that packages get lost. It's a fact of life and that's not Wordery's fault. However, the fact that there is no way to communicate that doesn't take a week between responses is horrible. If you're understaffed and so can only get to folks that slowly, I strongly recommend that you hire more staff. Also, if you have no intention of honoring it, please remove the expected delivery date. It says 7-14 days. When I contacted you because it had been nearly 30 days, the first response I waited a week for was that the expected delivery date is an estimate. I get things routinely sent from China and Japan in 4-7 days. I can't understand why something that was supposed to be in stock would take more than double the delivery date.
