First you sent a book with a damaged CD. Then you sent the wrong book. True you offered me 50% off the cost of the book and a replacement but taking three days in both cases to respond to respond to all my e-mails before taking action resulted in considerable delay in my receiving the books I ordered.
I would not describe a rating of just acceptable as making me happy.
