Your supply of the book I ordered was "acceptable" in that you supplied it within the timescale you had offered. I was not hugely impressed with this period though. I know of far better delivery times. However, what I find UNacceptable is the number of communications I have received since then. If I haven't yet BLOCKED your emails. please believe that I was close to it. I do not want to be pestered by your advertising. I accept that some advertising is necessary. To my mind once a month is quite sufficient. If you exceed this I shall BLOCK your emails. I won't count this. Mind you even before I have finished I am being given the unwanted opportunity to CHAT! Presumably your survey agents?
