I ordered a book and you sent it to me, as expected. You sell books, so why the request for a review? There is now a whole industry based on “Customer Satisfaction” which no doubt adds to the cost of the product for both parties. I am tired of receiving these requests. It follows that when there is a problem no one wants to know.... don’t dumb yourselves down!
