The website was friendly, welcoming and reasonably easy to navigate; the price was very good; the speed of delivery was barely OK: it was a week before the book was dispatched. I was not pleased when I opened the package and found that the last 90 pages were bent and warped. It is disappointing to think that there was a person who either didn't notice that the book was not perfect or couldn't be bothered and just packed it off to me anyway.
