Delivery was fine but on receipt of two books one had part of the cover sleeve screwed up and torn.
The problem is caused by a lack of filler in the cardboard package which allows movement in transit.
I have had this problem before and complained about it previously,as a result of this happening again I will think twice about using your otherwise excellent service and will not anymore be recommending your services to friends.
