Unfotunately I don’t feel that the book should have been described as in ‘good condition’ as the pages are yellowed and the book smells musty. This is quite disheartening as I have purchased from you in several occasions and the books I have received in the past have always met my expectations. I do not have the time to send the book back as I need it for my masters dissertation. I sincerely hope this is a one off situation as I always recommend you to lecturers, counselling colleagues, students from my cohort and the students that I mentor.
