The customer service is excellent. The quality of packaging is disappointing though. I ordered books few times but few books arrived with damages because cardboard boxes weren't strong enough to hold the books. I hope that the quality of packaging will be improved. If it does,I would like to use the shop more often. The selection of books and the customer service are very good.
