I like the excellent condition that my books are arrive in from Wordery. Although I choose free shipping, I don't like how long it takes for my books to come. I recently wanted to return two books, but discovered I'd have to send them to the UK. I decided to keep them, but will think twice about ordering, a return is impractical. The prices are not substantially discounted from retail.
