While the mistake to purchase the item was largely my own misunderstanding of the metric system (i living in the US and rarely use it) the website could have done better to help me understand the size. Displaying a simple ruler with both cm and inches on two adjoining sides of the picture would have gone a long way to helping me to avoid making this purchase. It was not abundantly clear that i was making a purchase from a company outside of the US. While i have no qualms with companies outside of the US, this posed two issues. First, i was charged an additional fee for currency conversion that had i know i might have purchased elsewhere due to the increase cost. Second the package was shipped, also from outside North America and took longer to arrive.
