I made an order with express delivery (tracked next day courier). In the end everything worked out OK and the items were delivered on the specified day. However, on the evening before the day of delivery, your website was telling me that the order had not been dispatched and that the delivery deadline would be missed. Of course I was happy that this did not turn out to be the case, but I did waste some time and energy that evening with looking into alternative solutions and with writing to you to ask to cancel the order. So please do ensure that the tracking information on your website is accurate.
