Generally I’m very happy, but if a book is going to be delayed it would be good if you could notify earlier. I had to contact you about a book I’d ordered for Christmas on the 10/12, and although I got a prompt response stating you’d hope it would arrive in time, it didn’t come until the 27/12. I’ll still use the service, but more communication on delays would be appreciated.
