I ordered two books - delighted with quality and packaging but not so happy with delay. Ordered 22/11 with 4-8 working days delivery time promised. On 30/11 was told of delivery delay due to 'unforeseen circumstances' and items finally arrived in December, in time for Christmas. These things happen especially in the Christmas rush and I would use company again in the hope that this was just a one-off delay this time.
