They have good prices and a very nice customer service, however their shipment process is quite horrid. Twice my package which was a collectors box set arrived damaged with no improvement in shipment. While I did get a 50% refund on top on a free damaged copy, I would not recommend this company. Yes their customer service is great and seem like very nice people, but in the end I just have damaged books. My other shipment, a single book, arrived in perfect condition. So if I were to order from them I would order small and not anything bigger or something you care for. So my opinion and review is mixed with different emotions. At one hand I think they are very nice and are miles better than for instance amazon or bookdepository, and in the other hand their shipment process is not good.
