I really really really want to use a company that isn't Amazon. But the delivery massively let Wordery down. Books arrived inexplicable in two different packages and each time I had to go and pick up at the post office. If in smaller packages the books could easily have been posted through the door of left in a safe place. Also the delivery on one book in particular (a common one so hard to say why) took over a week. I will use them again as I'd rather not use Amazing who don't pay their taxes, but... really the delivery needs to improve.
