I’m very pleased with the variety of stock you hold and appreciate that most stock comes from warehousing in countries other than the one we purchase from , the only major complaint I have is the length of time that passes between purchase and dispatch is unreasonable , travel time after dispatch is always going to vary but why is the picking and dispatch of the stock such a lengthy wait time ?
