Books fine. Carrier rubbish! Consignment was split into 4 boxes. 2 turned up perfectly and very quickly. Next consignment of one box was still ok and not too long after the previous 2. Last one went to wrong depot, then delivered to wrong address, then returned to depot and then couldn't find the address, despite having delivered the other boxes! Eventually turned up a week too late, but books were undamaged so that's ok. Nothing wrong with Wordery, but they might consider their carrier!
