I ordered a personalised water bottle and though in the end the quality was good, it took too long to come.
I ordered it two weeks before Christmas and despite the fact Wordery says the order is printed within half an hour of order, it only arrived a day or two before Christmas. When I called to ask where my order was, I was told it had failed the quality check after printing. While I’m glad they do a quality check, I was not pleased that I hadn’t been told this after waiting two weeks.
Overall, good quality product, but not happy with the service.
