Once ordered napapiijri jacket from workingclassheroes, cost 130£. They send by royal mail 48. This jacket never came to me, money either. Try to find out what happened. I contact workingclassheroes They said that the order was received by royal mail, and now I have to talk to them. Well, I go to the post office, and spoke with the working staff. They said that this order was delivered.I told them that it's not. They said they can't help me, just given me meneger phone number. Alright I called meneger of royal mail . I spoke to her half hour .She said that she gonna spoke with royal mail worker which one have delivered my order . Alright ,and then this man sais to her ,that he left for neighbors my order . But I didn't get any information of that ,of course . I go to neighbors ,which one he said that he left for them. She told that's it's not true. She was mad on royal mail ,that they laid about that. And she called them and said that is no true . After all royal mail told me ,they can't help me ,and they cant give me money back ,becouse order was received by someone ,or by royal mail worker which one stolen it. And I can't do nothing about that,becouse tracking showing that's it received but it's not, and I can't make claim ,anything ,becouse any paper has left of that order that royal mail worker left it for neighbors . Totaly upset about how people doing them job. Just want to tell for others my experience ,that be careful with online shopping .never know which person gonna get that to deliver for you.
