Placed an order of an item showing as in stock. No dispatch email after 2 working days so emailed customer services which they replied with a blank email and my original order confirmation. Emailed back questioning the response and I mentioned the torrent of bad reviews recently, this time a got a response to be told my order was out of stock and processed a refund. Sort yourselves out. Shouldn't take 5 days to tell a customer somethings "run out" of stock.
