I informed you about 2 weeks ago that the bonzer diffuser that you sent had a left hand thread whereas I ordered a part with a right hand thread. You sent me an email acknowledging this and promised to sent the correct part immediately. It has never arrived and I can obviously not use the part you sent. It is over a month since I ordered and paid for my diffuser and so I am very annoyed and would not bother ordering from you again. I await my refund and a prepaid envelope for return of your unusable item.
