I was not able to attend the course I had previously paid for and had to cancel my reservation.
I was informed that I would not get a refund only a credit for future use.
This was very disappointing, I have used Workplace Safety several times in teh past for training for myself and some of the guys who work for me but because of this no refund policy I will be looking elsewhere in future for necessary certifications.
