Company failed to deliver product paid for on multiple occasions despite agreed dates and paying a premium price for service. When called they promised a time and date but they failed again. Called customer services multiple times who failed to answer the calls during weekdays and weekend. Messages left with the company are not returned. Refusals from the company to call the customer to provide delivery times. Lots of huffing and sighing from “Hattie” on the phone. Overall a thoroughly unpleasant service.
