The reason that this email was sent to the wrong email address is an example of your poor communication within your company. We have placed 3 orders with you and the 2nd and 3rd orders were place by myself. I have lost count of the times I was re-assured by your staff that the contact email address had been changed. Clearly it hadn't been and it would appear it still hasn't been.
The first of the 2 orders that I placed on 24/04/2016 finally arrived on 31/05/2016. I chased this order on numerous occasions and was given numerous reasons for the delay - one being that the proof had been lost. Whenever I phoned I also asked that the contact email address was changed to me. Your staff were always polite and apologetic but the processing of my order was abysmal.
The second of the 2 orders that I placed was processed much quicker and It seemed that the contact address had finally been changed - but as this email was not sent to me - it probably hasn't.
