Absolutely appalling experience the whole way through. I paid for express 24-hour delivery with embroidery. The design team completely changed the entire logo, and when I requested revisions they didn’t even bother to make them. Only days later did I learn that was because they couldn’t do the embroidery properly - so why on earth was that not said at the time! Then, when I asked to change to a printed logo, I was told that wasn’t possible, which just delayed things further as I had to explain to their own team that the products I had ordered were all eligible for print which they later accepted. Then when they came up with the prints they still didn’t listen to my original comments and I had to waste even more time asking them to change that several times again, by which point it was almost getting too late for my order.
I approved the design not realising that when they said it was 100mm x 22mm that was going to be the actual print size on all garments, as I assumed that was the scale of the digital image for approval (not the print). After all, who in their right mind would put the exact same size logo on an men’s XL shirt as a ladies’ XS shirt - the logo should scale to the shirt size as was shown and advertised in the original order template.
Well, the garments turned up today - credit where it’s due on the actual delivery speed once they finally sorted out the logo - and the logos are indeed tiny. I hold my hands up that I misunderstood but that is only because the company advertised a full chest logo and never made it clear that “size” was going to be the actual print size not just the scale of the artwork.
The quality of the print itself is very crisp and clear so I will give credit for that. However one of the logos is misaligned, they have been awfully positioned so that half of the logo is already lost (they should have been closer to the centre of the shirt to avoid this), and the logo on the XL is so pathetically small that it’s entirely pointless. Again- the logo should ALWAYS be suitably sized to the garment itself. Madness to think that an XS ladies shirt would have the same size logo as an XL men’s shirt, and the size of the print was already too small for the XS! As a company, this is something they should know.
Unsurprisingly when I contacted the company no refund was offered at first. They eventually offered a refund on the express fee (rightly so as the delay was due to their own failure to listen and communicate) and free customisation on the next order, but no refund was offered for the faulty one and no care whatsoever at the fact that they missold the garments given the logo size. They even said that it should have been printed in a different layout — so why was this never mentioned during the design stage?
Awful company with no care whatsoever. I’m now left with garments that I currently feel are completely unusable as a promotional material and as the company mucked me around so much in the first place, it’s too late to even order replacements.
