ordered two items..
one took over a week to arrive and the tracking details I was given didn't track my delivery.
The second item didn't arrive until I sent two emails to customer services asking for a delivery date, the first email was ignored and the second answered with a " I will look into it and get back to you" well they didn't get back to me it just arrived the next day.. nearly three weeks after ordering...
all in all a very poor experience for a very simple order and I wont use again
