Hi Recently bought a single embroidered polo shirt to trial my company logo on a shirt. Good things... Initial email correspondence quick Person on phone was helpful Opportunities to improve Main issue: the embroidered letters are not the same size... some are 2-3 mm taller than adjacent letters which surprised me. I subsequently noticed the CAD drawing sent to me shows the letters straight, but the accompanying photo of the mock up shows show misalignment. I don't know if this could be rectified as I'm currently thinking about having 10-20 further polos made up, but would like the letters straight Also, my order was delayed...
