Quality and service excellent, but website ordering a bit confusing. I wanted a ladies sweatshirt, and according to the size guide I would have wanted a medium size or small if I had to get a man's.
On the order summary it just said sweatshirt, no sex given and I had ordered a medium. I was on tenterhooks until it arrived and eventually phoned your customer service who told me it was unisex!
Would it fit?
Well it did, but website could have been more explicit.
