Awful customer service, it put me off from actually placing an order. I just needed some samples, then I returned them to have them added onto the order I wanted to place and I got credit notes instead when I asked them several times (to several people) I didn't want credit notes. All of my emails were ignored, it was hard to get through your phones as they were always busy when all I wanted was placing an order, unbelievable. Sarah Blevins who was my representative was supposed to give me a call to clarify everything but she never did, instead she just dropped me a random email asking me to call her. Prices are cheap, but I'd much rather look for a new supplier even if it's a bit more to pay, than going through such frustration due to a terrible customer service.
