We made a large order and when it arrived the logo was incorrect. I tried calling however i was on hold then I was on the phone for 15 minutes and everything which i was told i found very inconsistent, the lady who i needed to speak to who took the order was on the phone. I asked several times to speak to a manager or supervisor but no one was available.
The order got collected yesterday and we are waiting for the correct one to arrive so fingers crossed!
