Well, neatness of the embroidery and quality of the Hi Viz we ordered for was really good. Ad in fact, we had thought of ordering for more. Attention to details was commendable. However, there's need for improvement in Communication and the better training for the front office lady who picks the phone. I literally had to call like 2 more times before contacting the art work designer. Secondly and subsequently my order for about 20 polo-shirts ( with logo) was responded to by sending only 10 pieces of ladies T shirts and that without logo. Now, I am being asked to return the 10 for the embroidery to be put on them for an additional cost, and yet nothing is being mentioned about the balance of my orders. This is not too encouraging, I'm sorry to say.
