I haven't got my delivery yet - at point of purchasing I phoned to to ask if you could improve on my expected delivery of the 10th July. I was told to add my request to the comments box.
I received my confirmation with the dispatch date of the 10th (i could live with that - our event started on the 10th)
through the week I received proof emails, the first was wrong but the second i approved- i was then told my order would be dispatched 5 days later!
I emailed to responses pretty much of "well that's what it is!" to then have an email sent with an updated dispatch confirmation of the 14th, I said i wasn't happy and i would have taken my business elsewhere had i known of the true time scale.
I have purchased Corporate wear this year from Charles Thrwhitt, Durham Business Wear and yourselves, all have been embroided in the same timescale and the Polo shirts are the only items that have failed to arrive.
If you can get me this order ASAP i would be very grateful
