The order was placed and accepted. When the item had not been delivered we contacted yourselves several times and were told that it would be sent to us immediately and we should receive it on Wednesday July 12th. No delivery occured. Further contact made.
The item was eventually received on 17th July.
From the paperwork we believe that the original order was incorrectly processed and the item then re-ordered for eventual despatch. Too late for the purpose for which the jacket was ordered so I went to Go Outdoors and bought a jacket.
Customer Services should not have lied to us by saying that the item would go in "that night's post" and be with us on the 12th. There is a big difference between saying that something will happen and it actually happening.
