Asked for advice prior to purchasing, sales person was very helpful. Was unsure of sizing so made sure I could return items hassle free if necessary. The size I ordered turned out to be too big, so had to be returned; returns were straight forward. There was some confusion when I wanted to re-order 2 of 3 pairs in a smaller size, but just required a refund on the 3rd pair as I did not like the style as much once worn, but this was sorted out with an email and a phone call. Trousers are good quality and comfortable. Overall I'm really pleased.
