Placed an order and paid for it on 31/07/2017. Spoke to the online service as was concerned the order was going through without our company logo which we have always had embroidered on our uniforms by Workwear so they know we have company logos. The person I was communicating with said yes they would be on and that we would receive an email confirming this with an example. 2 days later we received all the sweatshirts and polo shirts but obviously due to speed of delivery they had no logo on. We returned them next day by DPD and were told they would turn the order around and we should have them within a week. As we had not received them by 21st August we chased them up and were told the person dealing with it had been on holiday for 2 weeks so nothing had been done. We were told on the 21st August that they would be pulled out of the warehouse and that someone would call us back that day and discuss. As no one called by the 24th August we rang them again to be told they had not been pulled out of the warehouse and they would do it immediately. Then we were charged another charge for the embroidery although we had been told the embroidery charge was included in our original order. So another £80.00 was being added and to top it all a delivery charge. This is the last time we will use Workwear Express.
